Michael Entz left Western Oklahoma to pursue his goals, but Western Oklahoma never left him. He grew up hoeing cotton and peanuts on his family’s farm, dreaming of all the things he could do.

As it turned out, Michael accomplished quite a few things. From his small high school, which had a graduating class of only two dozen students, he went to Stillwater and graduated from OSU. Subsequently, he became a top salesman in Montana and worked as a land man in Kansas. Ultimately, he decided to go to law school.

Now, Michael had no desire to fight court battles. He got his law degree not to become a litigator, but to be a transactional attorney, a counselor at law, a problem-solver who could use his knowledge to make sticky situations right and guide people so they can keep more of their money and have more peace of mind.

In the 1980s, Mike worked for the Oklahoma Tax Commission and for Oklahoma State University — in fact, he became OSU’s Director of Planned Giving. These experiences shaped his outlook and career, for they involved him in tax law and the mechanics of estate planning and charitable trusts.

As a result of these experiences, Michael has concentrated his law practice in trust, probate, income tax and estate planning. He took his knowledge to the people: he opened his own practice and became an investment planner as well to help Oklahomans plan to save taxes and fulfill big dreams.
