For Oklahoma Families and Businesses
Assisting Oklahoma families and family-owned businesses for over 30 years
J. Michael Entz started our firm over 30 years ago. While growing up on a small farm and ranch near Hydro, Oklahoma, Michael learned the importance of protecting land and assets that had been earned through the hard work of multiple generations. When he opened the doors of his own law firm, his goal was to assist families and family-owned businesses with ensuring that their hard-earned property and assets were properly protected and passed down to the next generation as intended. That is why Entz Burton & Associates is an all-purpose estate planning law firm serving the families of Oklahoma with both an Oklahoma City and Weatherford office.
Our firm assists families with the protection of land and assets through careful and thoughtful consultations to understand the needs and desires of our clients. Once these are established, our firm will put together an estate plan involving Wills, Trusts, Business Entities, and the titling of property and assets to accomplish their goals. During this process, our attorneys are in constant communication with our clients to ensure they understand what we are doing and why we are doing it. This allows us to better achieve the objectives of our clients and to make any desired revisions.
Because of the all-purpose nature of our estate planning law firm, we also assist families in cases where their loved one never set up an estate plan prior to their death, they need assistance in resolving their deceased family member’s estate, or disagreements between families occur at a loved one’s death. Our attorneys realize how stressful a family member’s death can be and are well-equipped to assist you in any aspect of your loved one’s estate at their death.
With our attorneys’ decades of experience in all aspects of estate planning and with convenient office locations in both central and western Oklahoma, we are confident that our firm is the best solution for your legal needs. We offer a free initial consultation because we believe that, once you meet with one of our attorneys, you will choose our firm to represent you. Please contact our firm and give us the opportunity to assist you and your family with all your estate planning needs.
